Former Tack exclusive Ghosts 'n Goblins Resurrection is advent to Personal computer
Ghosts 'n Goblins Resurrection released on Nintendo Switch in February to divided reviews, with the sometime school difficulty existence the main point of contention. That's in the series' DNA of course, but it did look like a pretty conservative take on the run-and-gun platformer formula. Whatever the incase, we'll be able-bodied to assay it for ourselves because information technology's "coming soon" to Steamer.
Capcom pushed out Resurrection of Christ as office of the series' 35th anniversary, and it's even helmed aside series creator Tokuro Fujiwara, who has worked on a dizzying number of Capcom games. It's successful in RE Engine and rocks an art style that is kinda easy to hatred, but apparently it plays really well.
Resurrection of Christ did minimal brain dysfunction some concessions to players unwilling to punish themselves: there's a Squire mode, which lowers the difficulty, and a Page mode, which lets you revive exactly where you die, checkpoints be damned. Merely if your occupy is that the game won't live hard enough, there's a Legend mode for punishment lovers.
It's galvanizing news for hard-as-nails platformer fans, though for my money, I found Cursed Castile scratched this itch adequately, and if Capcom's going to renovate something GnG adjacent, delight, can we delight have a Maximo refashion or rhenium-release?
